About the recruitment
The Odisha Public Service Commission has announced 758 Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) posts in the Odisha Engineering Service (Group A). 750 posts are for Civil Engineering (247 reserved for women) in the Water Resources, Works and Housing & Urban Development departments. 8 posts are for Mechanical.
Selection process
- No written exam. Shortlisting is on the basis of a valid GATE score in Civil Engineering (2024, 2025 or 2026).
- Document verification (from the first week of December 2026, tentative)
- Interview, which may include an Odia language test
- Final merit: GATE score 90% + interview 10%
