Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds are applicable only for digital products (AutoCAD models and designs) that are defective or do not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
    • Refund requests must be made within 2 days of purchase.
  2. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Customized AutoCAD models and designs.
    • Freelancing services once work has commenced.
  3. Process for Requesting a Refund:

    • Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  4. Refund Approval:
    • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
    • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation of Orders:
    • Orders for digital products (AutoCAD models and designs) can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase, provided the download link has not been accessed.
    • To cancel your order, contact our customer support team at support@thecivilstudies.com with your order details.
  2. Cancellation of Freelancing Services:
    • Clients can cancel freelancing services before work has commenced for a full refund.
    • If the project has already started, cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and partial refunds may be provided based on the amount of work completed.
  3. Process for Cancelling an Order:
    • Send an email to support@thecivilstudies.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
    • Our team will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refunds within 5 business days.

Pro Membership (Pro Monthly & Pro Annual)

The following terms apply to our paid Pro Monthly (₹99 for 1 month) and Pro Annual (₹799 for 1 year) memberships, which unlock an ad-free experience and access to our Pro download library.

Billing & access (no auto-renewal)

  • Pro plans are prepaid, fixed-term memberships. Pro Monthly grants 1 month of access; Pro Annual grants 1 year. Payment is a one-time charge processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking).
  • There is no automatic renewal and no auto-debit. We do not store your card or UPI for recurring charges. You will never be charged unless you choose to make a new payment.
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Renewal & cancellation

  • When your term ends, Pro access simply pauses. You can renew anytime from your Membership Account by making a new payment. We email a reminder before your access expires.
  • Because nothing auto-renews, there is nothing to cancel — simply choose not to renew. You may stop using the service at any time.

Refunds for memberships

  • Pro Annual: eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the request is made in good faith. Email support@thecivilstudies.com.
  • Pro Monthly: given the low price and immediate access to digital resources, monthly payments are generally non-refundable; genuine billing errors (e.g. accidental or duplicate charges) are always refunded.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
