Description
Estimate a house in 10 minutes — not 2 days
Type the building dimensions from your drawing. The workbook measures every item, works out cement, sand, aggregate, bricks and steel, prices the BOQ and gives you the total cost and cost per sq ft. Built for RCC framed residential buildings with isolated footings (G, G+1, G+2…).
What’s inside (6 linked sheets)
- Inputs — footings, columns, plinth & floor beams, slabs, 230/115 mm walls, doors, windows, lintels, flooring. Orange cells only.

- Materials — cement bags, sand & aggregate (m³ and cft), bricks, steel (kg & tonnes), tiles and paint litres.

FAQ
Does it work in Google Sheets? Yes — Excel 2010+, LibreOffice and Google Sheets. No macros.
Can I change mix, steel % or plaster thickness? Yes, on the Factors sheet — everything recalculates.
Is this a tender estimate? It is a detailed preliminary / budget estimate. For tenders, measure each item from approved drawings per IS 1200 and use your BBS for steel.
