Required Experience

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in site execution for renewable projects
  • Good performance in equipment testing during construction/commissioning.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting equipment schematic drawings and checking interlock arrangements.
  • Familiar with relay setting parameters and implementation.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for various electrical failures on site.
  • Proficiency in English and ability to prepare site feasibility reports from a renewable energy perspective
  • Understanding of construction activities on site as per approved construction drawings and ability to identify issues/problems during construction.
  • Preparation as built drawings
  • Good communication skills and cordial behaviour within the team.

Qualifications

  • Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma-Electrical
  • Experience: 10-15 years experience in Site Survey, EHV Substation, Transmission Line
  • Preferred Industry: Renewables (Solar/Wind Projects)
  • Desirable: Good performance in field testing of various electrical equipment

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor site execution for renewable projects, utilizing your 3-5 years of experience in the field.
  • Perform equipment testing during construction and commissioning phases ensuring optimal performance.
  • Use your skills in reading equipment schematic drawings and checking interlock arrangements.
  • Apply relay setting parameters and troubleshoot various electrical failures on site.
  • Prepare a site feasibility report from a renewable energy perspective.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure activities conform to approved construction drawings and identify and resolve any issues or problems.
  • Create and update AS BUILT drawings to accurately reflect project changes.
  • Promote good communication and maintain cordial working relationships within the team.
