The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of various posts. These include Junior Engineer (JE), Depot Material Superintendent (DMS), Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant (CMA). Also included are Chemical Supervisor (Research) and Metallurgical Supervisor (Research). The application process is entirely online, and all applications must be submitted by 29th August 2024, 23:59 hours.

Application Process: Where It All Begins
Candidates must apply online through the official RRB websites. You are allowed to apply to only one RRB and must submit a single application form. Multiple applications or applying to more than one RRB will lead to the rejection of all submissions. Your choice of RRB is final once made, so select wisely based on your location and the posts available.
Stages of the Recruitment Process
1st Stage Computer-Based Test (CBT-I):

Document Verification (DV)
Candidates shortlisted based on CBT-II scores will undergo document verification. In case of a tie in marks, the older candidate will be given preference.
Medical Examination (ME)
After DV, candidates must pass a Medical Fitness Test. The test is conducted by the Railway Administration. This ensures they are fit for the duties required by their posts.

- Document Preparation: Make sure all educational certificates and identification documents are in order for the DV stage.
Important Instructions
- The detailed distribution of vacancies by RRB and Railway Zone/Production Unit (PU) is provided in Annexure B.
- Age relaxation of 3 years is provided as a one-time measure beyond the prescribed age limit.
- Candidates are advised to carefully fill in the application form as no modifications will be allowed after submission, except during the correction window
